As sustainability expectations tighten and capital decisions become more risk- and performance-driven, how is the Asia Pacific real estate sector scaling decarbonisation beyond individual buildings?
This ULI Asia Pacific webinar draws on insights from the Global Sustainability Outlook 2026 to examine how owners, investors, planners, and designers are approaching adaptive reuse and district-scale decarbonisation across the region. The discussion will focus on how these strategies are being applied in practice — from extending the life of existing assets to coordinating energy, carbon, and infrastructure planning at portfolio and precinct levels.
Through APAC case examples, panelists will discuss the financial, regulatory, and delivery considerations shaping these decisions, including how reuse-versus-redevelopment choices are made, where collaboration across public and private actors is most effective, and what it takes to implement decarbonisation at scale.
Who should attend: owners and developers, investors, planners, asset managers, designers, and sustainability leaders interested in how decarbonisation strategies are being applied across assets, portfolios, and cities.
