How can people increase their productivity?Mari Nogami, President & Representative Director, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Japan K.K. and author of “Peak Performance: How to Increase Efficiency and Productivity, and Continue to Produce Results” (currently available in Japanese only), will be leading a discussion on energy management, a topic she emphasizes as crucial for productivity. While many focus on time management, Nogami argues that managing one’s energy is paramount.

Biography:
Mari Nogami
President & Representative Director,
GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Japan K.K.
Mari Nogami joined Procter & Gamble Japan in 1992, where she held various positions over 20 years, including Vice President and General Manager overseeing Brand Operations, as well as serving as Marketing Leader. Subsequently, Nogami moved to AstraZeneca, where she was Global Portfolio Strategy Respiratory Inhale Head in Sweden and Commercial Excellence Head in Japan. In 2018, she joined Takeda Consumer Healthcare, spearheading the divestment of the business to Blackstone. She joined GSKCH in 2021, and is now leading its transformation of Haleon into a Consumer Healthcare business with a focus on North Asia, encompassing Japan and Korea.
